
Chicken Schnitzel with Potatoes and Carrot Salad
Ingredients

- 5 gParsley
- 1/2 tbspSweet paprika
- 1 tspSalt

- 1/2 tbspHoney

Steps
Step 1
350 g Potatoes · 1 tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 220 °C (220 °F). Peel and cut the potatoes. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet, add salt, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Step 2
1 Chicken breast
Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and cut it into fillets. In a dish, mix 12.5 g of flour.
Step 3
22 1/2 g Mayonnaise · 37 1/2 g Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) · 1/2 tbsp Sweet paprika
Mix 0.5 tablespoon of flour and panko in a dish. In another dish, mix the sweet paprika and half of the mayonnaise.
Step 4
2 tbsp Oil
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and fry the breaded chicken for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Step 5
75 g Plain yogurt · 22 1/2 g Mayonnaise · 5 g Parsley · 1 Carrot · 1/2 tbsp Honey
Chop the parsley. Grate the carrot into a large bowl and mix it with the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Serve the potatoes and chicken on plates. Enjoy with the carrot salad.
